If you roll out your dough in one direction, 

the dough will move that way when it's in the oven.

So make sure you roll out the dough in every direction. 

This way, it will move and rise evenly.

Here in the Netherlands we have a recipe for authentic apple pie that is typically Dutch. I'm always in the mood for a mouth-watering slice of apple pie and wanted to share this recipe with you lot.
